We will guide you, in a playful way, through the second phase of Thinking at the Edge (TAE), (steps 6 - 9): Working with instances – personal experiences that feel relevant for the topic we are thinking about. We welcome participants of part 1 and those who have experienced TAE steps 1 to 5 from another source. You need not be an expert in steps 1 - 5 to enjoy the next steps.

Focusing Highlights is a series of interactive, online pay-what-you-can classes. Classes are recorded and registrants do not need to attend live.

A daily (weekdays) drop-in class, open to beginners & long-time focusers alike. Class is 45 minutes long.

Come once in a while or every day! (Class meets at 12 PM New York Time / 9 AM Pacific Time)

Each class I will guide you in a brief attunement to help you settle into a sense of ease and grounding in your body. I will offer gentle guidance in going to the more subtle body places beneath the surface of what you might usually refer to as “I.” You will then have the opportunity to practice tuning in and turning toward yourself and what is there for you today in the supportive and friendly environment of the class. Lastly there will be opportunity for questions and reflections.

Focus-A-Thon

For 24 hours, beginning at 10am Eastern US time on Saturday, June 6, experienced Focusers will be on Zoom to offer you a taste of felt sensing and an opportunity to connect with one another!

To participate, you give $1, and then you come to as many of the one-hour experiences as you like! Please participate in this experimental fundraiser for The International Focusing Institute and ask all your friends to participate, too!

As we learn how to be present for this in our partners, we also learn how to deepen the process for ourselves.

An exploration in deepening our self-awareness around what's keeping us from putting more time into self-care and/or what's keeping us in addictive behavioral patterns that do not support our health and well-being. Open to both experienced Focusers and as an intro to Focusing concepts. There is no partnering in this class, we work individually. Meets four times Thursday's 7-8:30pm EDT beginning June 4.
