In this 60-minute, body-centered workshop, we’ll explore how resistance shows up, what it’s trying to protect, and how to meet it with presence, compassion, and choice—instead of pushing through or shaming yourself.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn how resistance shows up in your body and behavior
- Understand what makes it hard to “just do the thing.”
- Explore how to cultivate a Focusing attitude and body-based approach when (not if) resistance comes
- Practice a simple tool for tuning inward and tending gently
You’ll leave with:
- Language for your unique “resistance signature”
- More awareness of when and where you get stuck
- A way to pause and support yourself instead of spiraling
- Information you can replicate with your clients
